Job Description

Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective clients to meet sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Present and promote business services solutions to prospective clients with clarity and confidence. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and strategies. Prepare and deliver sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs. Participate in networking events to enhance the company's presence in the Philadelphia market.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Account Executive should have: strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients. A proven ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions. Familiarity with the business services industry and its trends.
