Quality Engineer - Plastics Manufacturing

This opportunity is with a medium-sized company operating in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Job Description

The Quality Engineer - Plastics Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and manufacturing, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality systems and audits.
  • Support new product development by ensuring quality standards are met during production processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
