Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with medical device industry regulations.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Perform audits of internal processes and external suppliers to maintain quality standards.
Maintain and improve quality documentation, including validation protocols and reports.
Support regulatory submissions by providing relevant quality documentation and data.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
Train employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.

A successful Quality Engineer should have:
A degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
Experience in the medical device industry with knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation practices.
Competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.
