Job Description

Demonstrates strong capability in evaluating the adequacy and completeness of technical data, deviations, and related quality requirements.

Collaborates effectively with multiple departments to address quality-related questions and resolve issues.

Communicates directly with customers to resolve inquiries, clarify requirements, address complaints, and support the 8D process, certifications, and other quality needs.

Provides support to the Inspection Department.

Partners with Quality Technicians and Quality Assistants to resolve documentation concerns.

Participates in internal investigations and the development of corrective action plans.

Supports internal audits, customer audits, and customer visits.

Prepares PPAP documentation, including Control Plans, Balloon Drawings, PFMEAs, and Process Flow Diagrams.

Creates AS9102 First Article Inspection reports.

Performs internal QMS and process audits.

Assists with validation and qualification activities.

Performs additional duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in engineering or a related field required

Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and/or AS9100

Process validation experience (PPAP, FAI, IQ/OQ/PQ, etc.)

Production change management experience

Core Tools - Control Plan, FMEAs, SPC, etc.

Problem-solving mindset with root cause and CAPA experience
