Job Description

• Support quality improvement initiatives by reviewing nonconforming material and assisting with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Act as a Voice of the Customer, reviewing concerns, questions, and quality issues
• Partner with engineering and operations to support new product launches and process improvements
• Assist with First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and submittals
• Support Quality Inspectors to ensure products meet quality system and customer requirements
• Improve first-piece, in-process, and final inspection processes
• Maintain compliance with ISO / AS quality management systems
• Follow safety standards, 6S procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across quality and manufacturing

The Successful Applicant

• Associate degree or higher in a related technical field
• 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing quality environment
• Working knowledge of inspection methods, gaging, and basic quality tools
• Ability to read blueprints and understand inspection criteria
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and support corrective actions
