Job Description

Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure product compliance with industry standards.

Conduct inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in production processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Analyze data and generate reports to track and enhance quality performance metrics.

Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management practices and procedures.

Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements within the manufacturing process.

Support product development initiatives by establishing quality benchmarks and testing criteria.

Maintain thorough documentation of quality-related activities and findings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of AS9100, AS1300, and ISO 9001
  • Strong First Article Inspection Experience
  • Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
  • Proficiency in using quality measurement instruments and software.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A detail-oriented mindset to ensure product and process compliance.
  • DQR designation is a huge plus.
