Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Quality Engineer are:
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track and enhance quality performance metrics.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management practices and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements within the manufacturing process.
- Support product development initiatives by establishing quality benchmarks and testing criteria.
- Maintain thorough documentation of quality-related activities and findings.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of AS9100, AS1300, and ISO 9001
- Strong First Article Inspection Experience
- Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
- Proficiency in using quality measurement instruments and software.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A detail-oriented mindset to ensure product and process compliance
- DQR designation is a huge plus
