Job Description
Quality Engineer:
- Maintain and adhere to ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Management System documentation.
- Conduct and document internal and external quality audits.
- Manage calibration activities and product/process approvals with customers and auditors.
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAIR, FAIP) and oversee AS9102 compliance.
- Lead MRB (Material Review Board) activities and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
- Provide guidance and training to Quality Inspectors as needed.

The Successful Applicant
Quality Engineer:
- 5+ years of quality and manufacturing experience in a production environment.
- Proficient in technical drawing interpretation, GD&T, and AS9102.
- Skilled in non-destructive testing methods (Mag Particle, Dye Penetrant, Pressure Testing).
- Strong knowledge of metals, CNC machining, mechanical testing, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
