Job Description

Quality Engineer:

  • Monitor and analyze product quality and reliability systems.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality programs and processes.
  • Manage supplier audits, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present quality metrics, including PPM and cost of quality reports.
  • Deliver training and support to internal teams on quality standards.
  • Participate in pre-production activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for quality, reliability, and compliance.
  • Coordinate management review processes and assist in supplier evaluations.

The Successful Applicant

Quality Engineer:

  • BS in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality roles.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement.
