Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Drive corrective actions by identifying, documenting, and resolving non-conforming materials and processes.
Create and maintain quality documentation, work instructions, and inspection records.
Operate advanced measurement tools, including laser 3D scanners and precision mechanical equipment, to deliver accurate inspection results.
Manage compliance with ISO-based quality systems and support audits, testing, and customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train operators, improve processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Brings 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or advanced inspection within a lean manufacturing environment.
Skilled in GD&T with strong hands-on ability using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, and FARO Arm.
Experienced with ISO-based quality systems (9001, 13485, TS16949) and capable of supporting audits and customer-mandated testing.
Familiar with injection molding processes and knowledgeable in statistical methods, DOE, FMEA, and validation protocols.
Strong communicator with excellent documentation and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively across teams and with customers.
