Job Description

Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality concerns during production and development phases.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues efficiently.

Perform audits, inspections, and testing to validate product quality and adherence to specifications.

Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities, including reports and metrics.

Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and reduce defects.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements within the engineering and manufacturing environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

• A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience working in an engineering and manufacturing environment within the business services industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
