Job Description

Quality Engineer:

• Perform visual, mechanical, and dimensional inspections on molded and composite products.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure compliance.
• Conduct sampling and testing based on AQL levels.
• Operate and maintain CMM and other metrology equipment.
• Document and report nonconforming material accurately.
• Review calibration status and maintain ISO 9001 compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and reduce defects.

The Successful Applicant

Quality Engineer:

• 3-5 years' experience in quality inspection, ideally in aerospace or medical manufacturing.
• Proficient in GD&T, blueprint reading, and CMM operation.
• Skilled with inspection tooling, metrology equipment, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
