Manage property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance oversight.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs and improvements.
Conduct routine property inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Oversee lease renewals and ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
Respond promptly to tenant concerns and emergencies, providing excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
Prepare regular reports on property performance and financials for stakeholders.

A successful Property Manager should have:
Base salary $100,000-$130,000 + performance incentives
Travel reimbursement for property visits
