Project Engineer/Manager

This Project Engineer/Manager will:

  • Manage projects from inception through production, ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams on project status and requirements
  • Review tooling, molds, and fixtures; conduct DFM evaluations
  • Coordinate qualification projects with Quality Assurance
  • Support continuous improvement and process enhancements

A successful Project Engineer/Manager will have:

  • Experience in project management within manufacturing or engineering environments
  • Knowledge in precision injection molding and medical device processes a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively across engineering, production, and quality teams
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
