Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish. Responsible for submittals, change orders, RFIs, etc. Minimum travel expectation of 3 days/week - Mainly kept to the Midwest area. Will be home every weekend. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. Support the preparation of project documentation, including contracts and reports. Identify and address potential project risks, providing timely solutions as needed. Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate records of project activities, costs, and schedules.
