Job Description

Oversee and manage construction projects to ensure timely and successful completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and client expectations. Monitor project progress and address any challenges effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards. Prepare and present reports on project performance and outcomes. Liaise with stakeholders to maintain clear communication and foster positive relationships. Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for construction projects. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

• A strong background in construction project management within the business services industry.
• 2-4 years of construction experience
• Ground up or large scale renovation experience
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project planning and execution.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
