Job Description:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project progress. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Assist in problem-solving and resolving project-related challenges. Collaborate with the project management team to maintain quality control processes. Support procurement efforts by reviewing materials and vendor contracts. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders effectively.
