Job Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Facilitate communication between teams to resolve project issues effectively.
- Support budgeting and cost management processes for assigned projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on project sites.

The Successful Applicant
- B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering
- 1-3 years of construction experience working on corporate interiors and/or SCIF projects
- A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as project management and design tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
