Job Description

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
• Facilitate communication between teams to resolve project issues effectively.
• Support budgeting and cost management processes for assigned projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on project sites.

The Successful Applicant

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering
• 1-3 years of construction experience working on corporate interiors and/or SCIF projects
• A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as project management and design tools.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
