Our client is a leading General Contractor in the healthcare/institutional construction space.

Job Description

Assist in planning and managing all phases of commercial construction projects, from inception to completion. Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure compliance with requirements. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and progress updates. Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to safety standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Identify and resolve project-related challenges promptly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer - Commercial Construction should have:

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in managing commercial construction projects
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• A solid understanding of safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Procore software experience
