Project Engineer Commercial Construction

A rapidly growing design-build general contractor is seeking a Project Engineer to support Project Managers on a variety of local commercial projects ranging from $1M-$15M. Job Description

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Manage procurement of materials and coordinate delivery schedules. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status. Support the resolution of technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer (PE) should have:

• Experience or education in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
