Project Engineer Chemical Manufacturing Litchfield Ct

In this role you will report directly into the Engineering Manager and have the opportunity to:

  • Developing staged project deliverables, including scope, process flow, and feasibility analyses
  • Executing project designs with detailed diagrams, specifications, and installation oversight
  • Planning and managing capital resources, project costs, timelines, and vendor coordination
  • Promoting strong stakeholder communication through design reviews, business cases, and project updates
  • Maintaining technical knowledge and promoting innovation in project execution and facility improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes

The successful candidate will have:

  • Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree or related
  • 7+ years of project leadership experience
  • Ability to lead and mentor
  • Hands-on engineering skills
  • Compliance project experience a plus
  • Pumps, piping, etc. experience a plus
