Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Prepare and review project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and address project needs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges that arise during construction.
Support the development of cost estimates and project proposals for future opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality.
