Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability and cost-efficiency. Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for new and existing products. Evaluate materials and components to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct prototype testing and analysis to enhance product performance. Provide technical support during the product life cycle, including troubleshooting and improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into product designs.

The successful applicant will have a degree in engineering, product design, or a related field. They should have 5+ years' experience designing products for manufacturing - prior experience working with in-house manufacturing is required. Strong experience designing finished products with multiple sub-components is necessary. Strong technical skills in 3D modeling and CAD software are required. Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes is essential. A creative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovation is needed. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams are required.
