Job Description

This Manufacturing Process Engineer role will:

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
• Manage and update ERP system data (BOMs, routings, item master).
• Design and modify parts/processes using SolidWorks.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, quoting, and supply chain activities.
• Lead value stream mapping and assembly flow improvements.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and process standardization.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams.
• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and problem-solving on the floor.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Process Engineer should have:

• 3+ years in manufacturing/process engineering
• ERP experience (Syteline a plus)
• Strong SolidWorks skills
• Vendor contracts, quoting, supply chain experience
• Hands-on, detail-driven problem solver
• Lean manufacturing & value stream mapping knowledge
• Adaptable, collaborative, go-getter attitude
