Develop job routings for custom engineered products
Develop CNC programs for new product runs
Create BOMs, handle ECOs, and create SOPs for production staff
Interact with clients to understand custom order specifications
Design fixtures and jigs to support manufacturing processes
Utilize LEAN/Six Sigma tools to reduce waste/inefficiency in manufacturing processes
Work alongside daily production to troubleshoot issues

Bachelors Degree in engineering related field
3+ years of manufacturing experience
Hands-on setup, troubleshooting, and programming experience with CNC equipment
Strong technical understanding of GD&T principles
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Base salary $80,000 - $95,000 Depending on level of experience
Annual bonus incentives based on company performance
