Job Description

• Develop job routings for custom engineered products
• Develop CNC programs for new product runs
• Create BOMs, handle ECOs, and create SOPs for production staff
• Interact with clients to understand custom order specifications
• Design fixtures and jigs to support manufacturing processes
• Utilize LEAN/Six Sigma tools to reduce waste/inefficiency in manufacturing processes
• Work alongside daily production to troubleshoot issues

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors Degree in engineering related field
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Hands-on setup, troubleshooting, and programming experience with CNC equipment
• Strong technical understanding of GD&T principles
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)

• Base salary $80,000 - $95,000 Depending on level of experience
