Powder Coating Engineer - Remote Eligible

Job Title: Powder Coating Engineer

Expert in metal coating technologies, supporting a diverse range of industries such as automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing.

Job Description:

• Implement new metal coating solutions at plants in the US and Mexico.
• Utilize structured engineering experimentation to optimize metal coating application.
• Recommend capital investments to support the manufacturing strategy. Conduct financial analyses to support capital recommendations.
• Serve as Technical Project Lead on the implementation of approved capital projects. Report on progress to Executive Leadership as required.
• Provide process engineering support throughout the organization as requested.
• This role is fully remote and requires up to 50% travel to customers, vendor and manufacturing locations both in the US and Mexico.

The Successful Applicant:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years' total experience in metal finishing for high volume applications
• 6-Sigma Methodology preferred
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) considered an advantage
