Lead and scale all plant operations, including Manufacturing, Materials, Quality, Test, Safety, and Maintenance. Own overall plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. Build organizational structure and team capability to support increasing production volumes. Ensure production plans align with customer demand and shipment targets. Partner with Engineering on manufacturability, quality, and new product introduction. Lead workforce planning, hiring, and leadership development. Oversee Test operations to ensure products meet performance standards. Own Quality performance, including defect reduction and corrective actions. Lead Maintenance strategy to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, A3, standard work, 5S). Lead cost-reduction and productivity improvement projects with measurable results. Improve process stability, flow, and throughput across production areas. Present operational performance and improvement progress to senior leadership. Ensure improvements are sustained through controls and standardized processes.
