Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Managing daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Overseeing resource allocation, including staffing and equipment needs.
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement within the department.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Reporting regularly to senior management on operational performance and challenges.
