Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and trial preparation materials. Coordinate and manage case files, exhibits, and evidence; conduct legal and factual research; and maintain litigation calendars and deadlines. Attend trials and hearings with attorneys to provide in-court support, manage exhibits and witnesses, take detailed notes, and assist with real-time trial needs. Work with Senior Paralegal Manager to delegate new cases and ensure the paralegal team has equally distributed work loads. Oversee legal operations and coordinate with attorneys to ensure efficient workflows. Manage case files, documents, and correspondence to maintain accurate and organized records. Assist in the preparation of legal documents, filings, and presentations. Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication. Support attorneys with research and analysis to strengthen case strategies. Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all documentation and processes. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes within the legal department. Train and mentor junior paralegal staff to ensure consistent performance and growth.
