Develop and optimize stamping processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.
Create and implement manufacturing plans and workflows to meet production goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new tooling and equipment.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify and address inefficiencies.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing operations.
Lead process improvements and implement corrective actions for quality, cost, and throughput.
Support new product launches: tooling, process development, and ramp-up
Receive Customer Designs, perform DFMA and Quoting
Help lean out established processes and supporting Engineering Documentation (BOMs, SOPs, Work Instructions
Conduct feasibility studies, support quoting, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with production, design, quality, and sales to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Develop work instructions, process controls, and train production personnel
4 years of experience in a metal fabrication/stamping background
Knowledge of process engineering and continuous improvement.
Experience with quoting, cost analysis, and technical evaluations.
Proficient in reading engineering drawings, GD&T, and material specs.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency; CAD/SolidWorks and ERP (Plex) a plus.
Experience with metal fabrication, ideally stamping or punch-presses

Competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 USD. (bonus up to 5%)
