Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes for life-changing medical components. You will work closely not only with the engineering team but also collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure efficiency. The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in reducing waste and ensuring compliance with all industry regulations. This is a hands-on role where your work will contribute directly to the production of critical medical devices that impact lives. You will influence both day-to-day operations and long-term improvements, playing a vital role in maintaining product integrity and driving continuous process enhancements. Key responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
  • Support root cause investigations and corrective actions for quality issues.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Manufacturing Engineer will be a proactive and detail-oriented with a strong background in process development and optimization. They will have excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across engineering, quality, and production teams.   • B.S. in Engineering preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in improving manufacturing processes and reducing waste.
  • Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and quality standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and lead problem-solving efforts to enhance production quality.
