Develop and implement efficient estimation processes for engineering

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product costings

Support New Product Development initiatives, working to develop sustainable manufacturing processes for new production lines.

Serve as technical point of contact for customers - determine feasibility of manufacturing, and providing project updates

Conduct market research to maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies

Support the development of junior staff through knowledge sharing

Contribute to team meetings and strategy development sessions

Handle other duties as assigned by management

3+ years experience in a Manufacturing/Engineering role

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

Experience with Cold Heading and or metal fabrication processes

Strong ability to read & interpret blueprints & manufacturing drawings

Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software

Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Base salary $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
