CNC Manufacturing Engineer
The CNC Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production challenges.
- Analyzing workflows and recommending improvements for cost reduction and productivity gains.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Designing and maintaining documentation for manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Supporting the introduction of new products by developing and refining production methods.
- Providing technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- Strong background in manufacturing processes and methodologies.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
- Proficiency in using CAD software for design and analysis.
- Proficiency in CAM Programming.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- 5+ years of experience in CNC Manufacturing.
- A degree in engineering or a related field.
