Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing new manufacturing processes
• Managing updates and modifications to existing manufacturing processes
• Creating cost comparisons and ROI calculations
• Partnering with quality teams to create control plans
• Providing training and support to personnel
• Troubleshooting techniques
• Document management
• Leading root cause analysis

The Successful Applicant

The Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• 5-10+ years of hands-on experience
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Kaizen initiatives experience
• Leadership experience
• Strong continuous improvement and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing practices and processes
• Lean manufacturing experience
