Learning And Development Specialist

Learning & Development (Primary Focus)

  • Design, lead, and implement impactful L&D programs across the Americas, aligned with global strategies and local needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and facilitator for senior leadership on learning solutions.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions (live, hybrid, and virtual formats).
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously improve programs.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to bring innovative and engaging content to employees.
  • Identify and implement wellness-related learning programs (experience in wellness initiatives is a plus).

Talent Management

  • Support three senior HR Business Partners in the execution of performance management, succession planning, and high-potential programs.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks, templates, and project plans to ensure seamless talent processes.
  • Coordinate regional efforts and align with global strategies on talent initiatives.
  • Bring a project management mindset to deliver structured, timely, and scalable solutions.
  • Interest or experience in integrating AI-driven solutions into talent programs is preferred.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management, ideally within Financial Services or a similar fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proven experience as a facilitator, presenter, and program designer.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with wellness programming and/or AI applications in HR is a strong advantage.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive base salary up to $155,000 dependent on experience.
  • 3 days per week onsite at our Midtown NYC office.
