The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the commercial construction industry. They have a foundational understanding of construction processes, with a strong interest in cost estimating and project management. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with both field and office teams, and is highly organized when it comes to managing documentation and project timelines. A background or education in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. They should be comfortable working under the guidance of senior estimators and project managers, while also taking initiative to learn and take on increasing responsibilities.
