Install, configure, and support software.
Provide support for inbound requests and issues from customers via email or phone.
Onboarding and offboarding of users.
Document inquiries in internal system.

3+ years' of IT support experience.
Experience with MAC and JAMF.
Strong understanding of hardware/software related issues.
Experience with inventory asset management, documentation, etc.
Excellent communication skills.
