Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals. Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure smooth business operations. Collaborate with the technology team to enhance IT infrastructure and implement new solutions. Document support requests, resolutions, and system updates for future reference. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures. Provide training and guidance to users on technology tools and best practices. Assist in IT project implementation and upgrades as needed.
