Lead U.S. HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Align local practices with global HR strategy and U.S. employment laws. Enhance employee experience and engagement across all stages of the employee lifecycle. Provide expert HR guidance to leadership and staff. Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture that supports business success.

9+ years of progressive HR experience; PHR or SHRM-certified. A strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills. Expert in U.S. labor law, HR best practices, and people leadership. Confident communicator, influencer, and collaborator. Passionate about creating a culture where people thrive. Able to commute hybridly to Manhattan. Experience in a similar professional service industry preferred.
