The HR Manager will help shape HR policies and programs that support growth, drive operational excellence, and enhance the overall employee experience across a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization. Key areas of focus include benefits, employee relations, compliance, and serving as the main point of contact for any employee questions. Regarding benefits, the HR Manager will manage the day-to-day administration of the benefits program, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role oversees employee insurance programs, including health, life, and disability coverage, and serves as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers. Discretion and professionalism are essential in building trust and fostering effective relationships across the organization. The successful candidate will have HR experience in the health or manufacturing space. This person will ideally have experience creating HR policies and procedures from the ground-up and thrive in a dynamic, changing environment where they wear many hats. This role is HYBRID in Irvine, California - employees must be able to go on-site three to four days a week.
Drive employee engagement, development initiatives, and organizational programs. Oversee and manage day-to-day administration of group benefits programs. Provide guidance to employees on benefits, enrollment, coverage options, and policy updates. Take ownership of assigned projects and work independently while collaborating effectively. Collaborate with hiring managers on talent acquisition and hiring initiatives. Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and deliver workforce development programs. Oversee smooth and compliant onboarding and offboarding processes.

Proven experience building HR programs from the ground up. Comfortable wearing multiple hats and managing a wide range of responsibilities. Strong knowledge of California law. Ability to go on-site in Irvine.
$90k-$115k base salary depending on candidate's experience. Competitive benefits and PTO policies.
