Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding processes.
Provide guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and personnel files.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Coordinate employee training sessions and development opportunities.
Handle benefits administration and address employee questions regarding benefits programs.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing updates to management as needed.
Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational development.
