HR Generalist

This is a well-established, mid-sized real estate company that is 4 days onsite (remote on Fridays). The company is known for its commitment to excellence and collaborative work environment.

Job Description

Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding processes.

Provide guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and personnel files.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

Coordinate employee training sessions and development opportunities.

Handle benefits administration and address employee questions regarding benefits programs.

Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing updates to management as needed.

Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Generalist should have:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment and benefits administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software (ADP WFN preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite 4 days a week (remote on Fridays).
  • 3+ years HR experience (required).
