Job Description
- Lead the forecasting, budgeting, and planning for the organization
- Manage a team and build out the function
- Lead the integration and implementation of a new ERP tool
- Prepare decks and present to senior leadership on the actuals vs. budget
- Provide insight on KPIs using reporting and trends
- Support capital allocation decisions
- Work closely with various business unit leaders on ad hoc reporting requests

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6+ years of FP&A experience
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Experience with a forecasting tool
- Experience implementing a new ERP tool a plus
