Electrical Construction Executive

Our client is a respected electrical construction contractor delivering complex, multi‑phase projects across Massachusetts. With a strong backlog of work and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced executive to strengthen leadership across multiple project teams while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and delivery.

Job Description

  • Provide executive‑level leadership across multiple large‑scale electrical construction projects
  • Oversee projects from pre‑construction through closeout across Worcester, MA and surrounding areas
  • Lead, mentor, and performance‑manage a team of six Project Managers
  • Drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling across the portfolio
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure project, financial, and operational success
  • Manage risk, resolve escalated issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Act as a key stakeholder liaison with clients, partners, and internal leadership
  • Report directly to the CEO/President as a member of the executive team

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a senior or executive leadership role
  • Strong background in large‑scale electrical construction projects
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent, complex projects
  • Demonstrated strength in operational leadership, strategy, and financial oversight
  • Ability to commute regularly to Worcester, MA
