Job Description

• Oversee team of senior manufacturing engineers and continue to grow the team in the coming years
• Lead NPI efforts
• Develop and track manufacturing KPIs
• Interact with clients to understand custom device specifications
• Oversee all precision machining operations on the manufacturing floor
• Develop and implement most efficient manufacturing processes

The Successful Applicant

• 8+ years of manufacturing experience
• 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience
• Strong NPI experience
• Experience within highly regulated environments (Medical device, aerospace, etc.)
• Hands-on precision machining and/or metal fabrication experience

What's on Offer

• Base salary between $130,000 and $150,000, depending on experience
