Lead Process Engineering For High-Purity Chemical Manufacturing

Job Description

• Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership for operations
• Drive process optimization for yield and throughput gains
• Improve cost, quality, and process capability metrics
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Oversee raw material performance and supplier interface
• Partner with Quality and Supply Chain on material specs
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven methods
• Lead and support site capital projects and expansions
• Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory standards
• Support process safety and hazard reviews
• Act as technical liaison across Operations and R&D
• Support new product introductions and scale-up
• Maintain engineering standards and documentation

The Successful Applicant

• BS in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 8-10 years in chemical or regulated manufacturing
• 3-5 years leading engineering teams
• Experience in high-purity or semiconductor environments
• Strong process optimization and troubleshooting skills
• Background in root cause analysis and problem solving
• Familiar with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with capital projects and equipment upgrades
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
• Excellent cross-functional communication abilities
