Lead NPI efforts
Oversee team of 6 senior manufacturing engineers
Interact with clients to understand custom device specifications
Oversee all precision machining operations
Develop and implement most efficient manufacturing processes
Develop and track manufacturing KPIs

8+ years of manufacturing experience
5+ years of managerial/leadership experience
Strong NPI experience
Experience within highly regulated environments (Medical device, aerospace, etc)
Hands-on precision machining and/or metal fabrication experience
Base salary up to $150,000 based on experience
Unlimited PTO
Annual bonus target of 10%
