The client is a leading financial services firm known for innovation and strong regulatory compliance. This role requires 3 days on-site per week in their NYC office, offering a great opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Candidates must be bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to support effective communication within the team and stakeholders.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Develop and maintain scalable, reliable daily data pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow.

Build reusable data services and reporting platforms with Python, Django, and JavaScript.

Create and manage external data interfaces using RESTful APIs and message queue technologies.

Support cloud-based data infrastructure including EC2, Docker, RDS, Redshift, and S3.

Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering with strong Python and SQL skills.

Proficient in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and working with cloud technologies like AWS.

Experience with data processing tools such as Pandas, Apache Airflow, and web frameworks like Django.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, especially in debugging and troubleshooting.

Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering data-driven solutions.

The base salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, reflecting the candidate's experience and skills. This is complemented by additional benefits and potential performance-based bonuses.
