Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary. Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Support the sales team with client-related requests and documentation. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. Contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships.
