Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner. Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed. Provide product information and recommendations to customers as needed. Assist in tracking shipments and communicating updates to customers. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team success. Support additional customer service-related tasks as assigned by management.

A successful Customer Service Rep should have:
